He gave me the facts about each (good and bad) and was very fair. Tell him what you’re looking for, why you’re looking for it, and what you’re willing to spend and he can get you in the right direction. THEY DO HAVE FINANCING OPTIONS THAT ARE VERY REASONABLE.Albert and Tony were great with the install and even came out to fix a faulty breaker after I had owned and used the tub for a few months. If you are on the fence about going through a reputable dealer like ETX Hot Tub, or are trying to save a few bucks, this is exactly why you should trust the pros. They were quickly able to diagnose and fix the problem, something that would’ve taken me far longer and more money had I gone somewhere else. Lets not even get into getting the chemicals balanced and initial setup done….If you live in North Texas or East Texas, give Zach and ETX Hot Tub a call. At the very least you will walk away more informed about a large purchase. I cannot recommend this business enough.
We ordered the hot tub in early summer knowing that our renovation would not be completed for several months. Zach and team held our spa for several months with a small down payment until we were ready to install. The installation took no time at all and we love our new spa and use it regularly. Zach and team has answered several questions on water treatment and are very responsive to inquiries. Keep up the good work!
11/2023:We just upgraded our Hot Spring spa we bought back in 2013, and once again Heidie was awesome to work with! Always available to answer a question, and is so friendly and knowledgeable. Their delivery and setup team was excellent as well, and getting the old one removed and new one installed was painless. Totally recommend East Texas Hot Tub. The spa quality and features are second to none in my opinion, and you won't find better people.From 2/2013:We have friends with Hot Spring spas from East Texas Spa who recommended we shop there when we were in the market. Very glad we did. You won't find a more relaxed approach to informing you about spas in general, and the details of the Hot Spring spas. Chris and Heidie are just excellent to work with. My home came with an endless spa and I knew nothing about it. I experienced difficulty getting a hold of someone to clean it until I found Heidi. She has been my saving grace. She helped me get my cover replaced and get the pool serviced. When you want to get something done, Heidi is the one to go to. I'm so appreciative for all that she does!!
Very pleased with the entire process. We were shown all the models, the pricing and feature differences were fully explained. They delivered right when they said they would, did a professional job and even made sure not to damage the lawn when they brought in the tub. What a tremendous experience we had with Heidie! We know nothing about hot tubs, just knew from research and family that we wanted Hot Springs. We recently bought a home with a 2007 Hot Spring hot tub. We’ve never had a hot tub before, but it was obvious it hasn’t been serviced in a very long time. We took out the parts we thought needed to be replaced to Heidie in Longview and she knew EXACTLY what we had and needed to get it up and running. Within 4 days the parts were ordered and one week later this hot hub is working just like new! We can’t be more thankful for Heidie’s urgency in getting it working and her knowledge on the product can’t be beat!!!
We bought a hot tub from Heidie at the Longview location.. from day one she went above and beyond to meet our needs ..not only did she find us a hot tub during covid ( someone backed out of their order) but allowed us to keep it in storage until our pool deck was built..she is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions... including texts after hrs to help us maintain our hot tub right! East Texas Hot Tubs have a great selection and good prices. But you really only know if you purchased the right tub when sooner or later you need support. After more than 10 years and a second purchase during COVID-19, I think these guys are the best! They show up when expected, repair only what is needed, and are always there when you have questions. Oh, and their brands are the best and longest lasting from what I can tell.
Very knowledgeable and Friendly staff. Great service after the sale. Had a small problem after we had our hot tub a year or so. They came right out, fixed the problem and the service tech, I think his name was Albert was very friendly and even took the time to show me some pointers on maintaining our hot tub and answered all my question.

Love my tub got it in August and Heidie was great to work with.Have had a little trouble with service on the stereo system. It went out after about 3 weeks and am still waiting for parts and it's now the end of December.Hoping that the 1 year warranty on the stereo startsanew when the new module is finally here.

My wife has been an RN for 2 decades and deals with constant pain to varying degrees. We did our research and visited 3 Hot Springs dealers near us in Queen City, Texas. Also shopped 2 other highly rated competitors, should also say made phone calls to 2 other Hot Springs dealers. We got the Envoy in White and Shale. We added the Covercradle II lift, bluetooth sound system with pop up speakers and subwoofer, also the Fresh water salt water system and the ever wood steps. Zach made a great deal and Mark has provided the best customer service. Over a month and its helping with the aches, pains and it is a beautiful tub. Thanks to all.

We were going to purchase a plug and play online or at Sams for a great price, but we dreaded moving it to our yard(they deliver to curbside) and setting it up ourselves but mostly dreaded not knowing anyone locally to maintain the tub. 🤪We were SO relieved to get a very similar plug and play from Easr Texas Hot Tub and have them deliver it and set it up and so glad they will be there for us when and if we have issues OR when We decide to trade ours in possibly for a nicer one. 😎East Texas Hot Tub is a Family run business that truly cares. **Update- tub was delivered on the 3rd and I have to say the company and the delivery crew w ent way above to make all better. On a 5 star rating system I would say they went well above 5 in the end and the spa is amazing so in all brought the final rating up from a 1 to a 4. Thank you to all of them for a strong finish.****Went in the day before Thanksgiving and ordered a hot tub just over $11,000 from Zack. He said he would get with the owner and call me Friday or Saturday after Thanksgiving to let me know if our hot tub would be on the last truck of the year. He said we would have either our hot tub or a demo hot tub by Christmas depending on whether we made the last truck of the year. Didn't hear from Zack either day so I called the following Monday when they opened and after explaining who I was and what we were doing I guess it jogged his memory and he said our hot tub did make it on the last truck of the year. I guess they sell a lot of hot tubs. No big deal, we were just happy we were going to have our hot tub by Christmas. We then scheduled with our Jobs a staycation over Christmas and New Year's with the centerpiece being enjoying our new hot tub. Paid are $6,000 down and didn't hear a peep from them from that point forward. I called the Friday before Christmas to get an update and I was told by the owner that the truck would be in Monday Christmas Eve and we should have a hot tub delivered either Christmas Eve or the day after Christmas because service and delivery is working that week. I called the day after Christmas towards the end of the day and left a voicemail and as of right now on New Year's Eve I have yet to hear back and still have no hot tub. Tomorrow is our last day of our 10-day staycation and when we go back to work and still don't have a hot tub. I will update the review when we finally get our tub and review East Texas hot tubs separate from the hot tub review. My parents have had a Hot Springs hot tub for 20 years which is why we ordered one.

I highly recommend this company and here's why:1. straight talk- no talking around the subject, no b.s.2. they have contacts for electrical work/outlets if needed ( I did )3. they do what they say they are going to do and when they are going to do it, and that includes the electrical contractor.4. they follow through to make sure you are 100% satisfied5. if you are not satisfied they will stand by there work and make it rightNow, I'm not saying my hot tub was delivered and setup without hiccups, but the real measure of customer service is not demonstrated when everything goes right, but rather how they respond when there is an issue. In my case, the plug had slightly come out of the socket and I thought I had a lemon for a hot tub. Greg called repair, they were out next day, plugged it in, and wham, problem solved. When you purchase a new product from anyone any brand you should first look at the company you are buying from. Whether you are buying a New Car or a New Coffee maker; the company that makes the product is far from the company that sells it!!Last month my wife and I experienced this FIRST HAND… We decided to purchase ourselves a new “Hot Tub” for our Christmas gift to each other and I started my research on the web. I research “Top Manufactures”, “Top Consumer Rated” and “Top Industry Rated”. I looked at specifications, Dimensions, and ALL the “Bells and Whistles” and WOW there are a lot of bells and whistles!!!I narrowed the field fairly quickly and brought the numbers down to just 4 that were in the “Top 10” list. Jacuzzi, Hot Springs, Nordic, and Cal Spa. (All three are offered in Longview) All were highly rated “Nationally” by both INDUSTRY and CONSUMER which only left us a little leg work to see which one we liked and purchase; Right??? WOW what a difference it makes to actually do the “Leg Work”. We spent about a week and listened to “Pushy” sales pitches on what makes “Our Hot Tub” the best and why the others are “NOT the quality” and really “NO NEED to Compare Shop the other places in town” “I have been in the business for 45 years and “NO BODY IS BETTER THAN ME”!!! We listened to one salesman tell us that his three brands were the best then in the next sentence tell us that two of his brands “weren’t brands that he would purchase” and one elderly gent would only show us “Videos” on his computer and had nothing to show on the floor. We really started getting discouraged when we Stopped by East Texas Spa next to “Casa Ole” on the loop.Greg, Laurie, and Cecile went out of their way to make us feel as if we were family instead of just another customer. Greg spent the time to explain his product in terms that even I could understand. They also encouraged us to “Check out the competition” if we found a better product then buy it!We looked at the “Google Ratings” for all the places we had visited and found that “East Texas Spa” is the ONLY place that has a 5 star rating and we now know why. Greg has answered EVERY question without hesitation and the installation team was extremely professional and “Happy” to help with all my questions.We purchased a new Hot Springs “Gleam” hot tub and are looking forward to many years of “Luxury”

We have purchased three Hot Springs spas since 1990. Our first was a Grande and since that time we have had two Sovereign's. We sold the home with the Grande, built a new home, immediately bought a new Sovereign and nine months later it was destroyed by fire. We rebuilt after the fire and immediately purchased another new Sovereign. After the Grande there was never any doubt that Hot Springs built the best spa on the market. The only drawback we found to spa ownership was the continuous problem of water testing and maintenance. Then we were introduced to Silk Balance which simplified those issues to no end. Since using Silk Balance we have had no problems with water balance, requires no testing and avoids the residue that was normal when we were using the old chemicals. It is almost unbelievable as to the ease of routine maintenance since we converted to Silk Balance. Not only is it a simple procedure, the water has to be changed less often. My recommendation to anyone who is shopping for a spa is to purchase it at East Texas Spa in Longview where the service is excellent and without a doubt do not consider any product except Hot Springs and take the drudgery out of water maintenance by using Silk Balance. The quality and features of their products are second to none. We have had our current Sovereign is almost ten years old and we have never had a mechanical problem with it. Their warranty is the best in the industry and it is made in the USA.

We purchased our Hot Spring spa from Chris over 8 years ago. We have thoroughly enjoyed the spa and the helpful people at East Texas Spa. Chris still knows the exact model spa we purchased and is always willing to help. The few times we have had any problems they have always been handled very quickly.
Heidi was fantastic and SHE was the entire reason we purchased a spa from East Texas Spa. The only thing that we had issue with was when we had a leak in our spa. We went to Heidi and she scheduled a service person to come out to look at our spa. They found that the drain valve was loose. All they did was tighten it and left. Our bill for that was $162... and it was 5 minutes worth of work. That wasn't cool.
I was having trouble with the chemical balance and cleanliness of my hot tub. Heidie Healy at East Texas Spas has been very helpful in getting me the products that I needed and also some very good advice on how to clean and maintain my hot tub. Thank you for the good customer service.
